History of WRS Concepts

Washington & Ravenfeld Security Concepts  was established in 2015 as Washington Security Consulting, before it's name change to Washington Consolidated in 2017. After the addition of new partners, Washington Consolidated was renamed WRS Concepts in 2019. The Philadelphia, Pennsylvania based Security contracting company is focused on it's continuous growth within the consistently evolving security industry. WRS Concepts is a company that combines many small independent companies and staff. Washington & Ravenfeld Security Concepts is owned and operated by United States Army Veterans, WhenDell Washington and Kurt Ravenfeld Jr.

Washington, who has served 12 years in the Armed Forces, is a Veteran of the Afghanistan War, serving as a member of a PSYOP team, while serving with both 82nd Airborne Division and the 101st Airborne Division in 2010. Washington finished his career reaching the rank of staff Sergeant at his highest.

​

Ravenfeld, served ten years in the Army serving primarily in combat arms division, finishing as a fire support NCO, while filling the role of team leader, platoon sergeant, and other roles, while with 1-11th Stryker Brigade Combat Team. Ravenfeld Jr, finished a tremendous career and ended his career as a sergeant leading and developing soldiers.

With over fifty Combined years of Armed Forces, Security, and Sworn Law Enforcement service, we carry a young and experienced team of industry professionals who are always prepared to do what is necessary to  provide hundreds of thousands of coverage hours with personnel in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, D.C., Maryland, Delaware, Florida, Vermont, Ohio, Atlanta and abroad.​

Washington & Ravenfeld Security Concepts fully owned, operated & managed by armed forces professionals and veterans. We pride ourselves by our ability to remain connected to the armed forces and staff our clients with mostly members of the armed forces. Most applicants with a DD214 or NGB-22 with at least 2 years of service would receive "VeteranS Preference" from our recruiting team (Given there is no Dishonorable or Bad Conduct Discharge associated with the service member).
