Listed below are the requirements for each new candidate interested in joining the WRS team:

• Must be legally able to work in the United States

• Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of application submission

• Must have NO criminal record and must be able to clear a deep background check

• Must be able to pass a drug screen

• Good physical fitness and able to pass an applicant physical fitness exam

• Complete a written exam

• Must be able to obtain a security clearance if necessary

• Must have a valid drivers license for some positions or reliable transportation

• Must possess be able to obtain necessary license to perform the position they are applying for (i.e. armed license)
