Based on the Escalation of force continuum practiced by law enforcement professionals & Armed Forces Service Members that are sanctioned by legal experts as the best approach to physical confrontations, officers are taught to utilize an escalating series of actions appropriate to handle the situation at hand, rather than to default to the most aggressive response. Through training and reinforcement, officers develop the confidence necessary to address situations in an appropriate and effective manner.

Concierge Services
WRS provides concierge services that extend beyond basic facility and event security. While protecting client safety, our security officers meticulously observe and document traffic in and out of buildings. They can also handle complaints, provide emergency assistance and handle a range of related security functions.

Our concierge security officers are carefully selected to have superior communication, comprehension, and problem solving skills. Every WRS security officer must pass an intensive training course, including mandatory first aid and CPR training, specific to concierge duties and responsibilities. Security officers are required to present themselves professionally—both in dress and when dealing with residents and tenants—because their appearance and behavior must reflect positively on our clients.

WRS' Security Operations Control Center may be contracted to provide monitoring and react to your organization’s specific needs and instructions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our specially trained Surveillance Specialists monitor your facility for fire, assault, intruder, and entry access alarms, quickly verifying and responding to those incidents. We alert Emergency Response Units as needed and report to your designated individuals per your customized instructions. We also dispatch Patrol & Tactical Response personnel depending on the contract or client requests.

Patrol Services
WRS patrol Units maybe contracted to provide visibility according to the client’s schedule, or randomly to eliminate predictable patterns. The goal of our full-service protection is to prevent incidents from endangering your guests, residents, personnel and property.

WRS' vehicle-based security travels in clearly marked cars, bikes, carts, or other means of mobility with communication equipment. Visits during the day and night can be a deterrent to thieves and vandals. WRS patrols can make rounds as often as each client needs.

WRS patrol officers receive special training in situational awareness. During rounds, they observe gates, doors and windows to assure they are secured. Any unusual conditions are reported to the property owner. We can also work with you to review patrol reports and logs to help you to identify areas that may need additional protection.
